Can we agree that in 2010 there was seemingly a flurry of artists putting out killer tunes anonymously? It seemed to be a trend that I saw more year than in the past, but maybe I just wasn’t looking for it before. Either way, the latest that I’ve just recently heard is from Unknown Mortal Orchestra, a group who seems to be from Portland (although their Bandcamp page is tagged with “London” and charged in GBP, so who knows) but of whom little else is known. But sometimes it’s better that way because it allows theread more and hear the song
